Cobra pose: Lie down flat on the floor face your chest down.Lift your upper body like a cobra by keeping your hands on the floor.Hold on for 20-25 seconds.Cobra pose is one of the most powerful exercise to stretch your upper body.

                                   


Crescent lunge pose: Crescent lunge pose increases the heart rate and increases metabolism of body.It gives a great stretch to hips and also stronger the legs.


Bridge pose: In this pose chest is moved up to the chin.In this pose thyroid glands will get massage the hormones that create our metabolism.In this pose you can burn more calories.


Easy spinal twist: It is an admirable(splendid,wonderful)pose to aid in encouraging digestive system.It helps in weight loss efforts.




Bow pose: Even this is a back bend exercise but helps to both front and back muscles because in bow pose even front muscle stretches while back becomes stronger.It helps in controlling anxiety,minor back pain ,tiredness.
