firm breast exercise



Beautiful breast are not just about size.Most women want to enjoy firm and perky breast.Perky breast seems to be the property of  18 years old girls who wear A cup braw.Their are ways to get firm and perky breast regardless of age and braw.

Hydrotherapy uses water to produce health and wellness of body.A common practice for therapy is the use of hot and cold water in shower.This increases the circulation to skin by 95%.The increased circulation stimulates the production of collagen and elastic resulting in firmer skin and perkier breast.

Whenever you take shower next time spend few mins for your breast under the shower.Take your breast under warm water for 30 sec and then switch to cold water for 10 sec.keep doing this for several times.

Make sure that the usage of cold water should be of shorter time then the hot water and the  water should be pleasently hot not hot enough that it burns the skin.

****Lie on a flat bench or on the floor keeping your back flat.Take dumbels in each of your hand,palms facing forward.Now slowly bend your elbows at 90 deg,and hold them out to the sides parallel to the shoulders.Exhale as you stretct you stretch your arms towards ceiling.Keep in mind not to touch the weights together and donot squeez your chest at the top of motion.Inhale when you are at the starting position.******


****Lie on an inclined bench.Take dumbels in each of your hand.Stretch your arms towards the ceiling at 90 deg.Keep in mind not to touch the dumbels with each other.The whole process is same as that discussed above except for doing it on an incliined bench****


****Another chest exercise is chest fly.Lie on your back with dumnell on each hand.Arms should be straight and in level with the shoulders.Lift both the dumbells at a time with the palm facing each other until they come together above the chest.****


Perform the exercises with  routine three times weekly with 48-72 hrs between each exercise session.Perform 1-3 sets of 8-12 repititions.When you reach the 3 sets of 12 repitition increase the resistance not the repitition.For chest press and chest fly increase the weights of the dumbells.


Women wants to have firm,perky and sexy breasts for a reason.Not only the women feels much better about themselves after having the sexy breast but also the become popular among the men.If you take hydrotherapy and perform exercises regularly you would see the improvement of your bust quickly.
