Lemon: It is a rich source of vitamin P which is found in the juice and peel of the fruit.This vitamin helps to prevent capillary fragility.Grape fruit is also rich source of vitamin P which helps to tone up the arteries.Both are useful to control high blood pressure.


Vegetable juice: Raw vegetable juice especially carrot and spinach juices taken in combination or separately are also beneficial in the treatment of high blood pressure.Combination of 300 ml carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice taken daily.


Potato: Boiled potatoes are one of the best remedy to low down the blood pressure.Potatoes are rich in potassium and magnesium present in the vegetable beneficial effects in lowering blood pressure.


Watermelon: Water melon seeds are found beneficial effects in lowering blood pressure.Dried and roasted should be taken in liberal quantities.

Indian gooseberry: Gooseberry oil is prepared by boiling dry pieces of gooseberry in coconut oil,is considered as valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth.
